RETURNS, WARRANTY & REPAIRS
At Carrie Cramer Fine Jewelry quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, our jewelry is by its very nature delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any Carrie Cramer Jewelry please email email@example.com.
If an item arrives defective, Carrie Cramer Fine Jewelry will repair the item within one-hundred and twenty (60) days of your purchase at no additional cost. All pieces are prepared custom for the purchaser and are therefore final sales.
Repairs needed after 60 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense (usually in the $25 range + $10 shipping).

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
CCFJ wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, CCFJ will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to make a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. No refund will be granted without return authorization. Returns will be credited minus a $10 return shipping cost. International shipping charges are non refundable.
For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box with the return authorization form. Return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
A few select pieces may not be returnable; if that is the case we will let you know BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order. Personalized items and special orders cannot be returned.
CCFJ is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
