Shipping Rates For Domestic Orders

All orders are shipped insured via USPS.

Fees per order are as follows:
Continental USA Ground : $10
Continental FedEx-2 Day: $25
Continental FedEx-Overnight: $50

International Shipping: $75
 

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees ($15) and fees for future shipments ($10 for USPS Ground).

If you would like a package to be intercepted and re-routed to a new address, there is a $15 fee.

Carrie Cramer Fine Jewelry and its affiliates only assume responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier of choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Carrie Cramer Fine Jewelry and its affiliates will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier and that are the fault of anyone but Carrie Cramer Fine Jewelry and its affiliates. Carrie Cramer Fine Jewelry and its affiliates and will not be held responsible or liable in any way for its choice of shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates For International Orders
All international orders are shipped insured via UPS Worldwide Expedited. We currently ship to Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If you live in a different country and you'd like to place an order with us, please email us at info@carriecramer.com and we can help to coordinate the shipment.

Allow 2-3 weeks for production. Shipping time is 2-5 business days + however long the package takes in customs. Fees per order are $50.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all related duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are determined by the recipient's country and are out of our control. They are based on the retail value of the jewelry (as stated on your invoice).

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees). There are no refunds for international orders where a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender.

 

 

RETURNS, WARRANTY + REPAIRS

At Carrie Cramer Fine Jewelry quality and craftsmanship are of our utmost concern. However, our jewelry is by its very nature delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any Carrie Cramer Jewelry please email info@carriecramer.com . If an item arrives defective, Carrie Cramer Fine Jewelry will repair the item within one-hundred and twenty (60) days of your purchase at no additional cost. All pieces are prepared custom for the purchaser and are therefore final sales.

Repairs needed after 60 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense (usually in the $25 range + $10 shipping). Please refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions for tips on how to keep your Carrie Cramer Jewelry in tip-top condition.


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

CCFJ wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, CCFJ will accept items for exchange or return. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to make a return please email us at info@carriecramer.com for a return authorization. No refund will be granted without return authorization. Returns will be credited minus a $10 return shipping cost. International shipping charges are non refundable. 

For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box with the return authorization form. Return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt.  Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items. 

A few select pieces may not be returnable; if that is the case we will let you know BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order. Personalized items and special orders cannot be returned.

CCFJ is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
